The Viagra Microsoft MSN Spam Scam

Things ain't what they used to be. (In fact, they never was.) The Profile (more than you really wanted to know) is here.

Here is a spam/scam that has invaded my email. All the spam key words are inside a graphic. The only actual text in the spam are the words "About this mailing:" and all after. Words like Microsoft and MSN are actually text. And the spam filter lets those alone. The "Links" (disabled in this illustration) to "Unsubscribe", "More Newsletters" and "Privacy" are actually links back to the perpetrating viagra site. Not to MSN. I suspect that it may be coming from inside my own computer. It generates an email from me and sends it to me. (nearly every day) The spam filter does not catch it because it is from me. Do you have a solution?
